DCMA and Copyright

Comicdub.com (referred to as the "Company"), upholds the principles of respecting intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website (https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf), Comicdub will promptly address claims of copyright infringement occurring on the Comicdub website (the "Site") when such claims are reported to Comicdub's Designated Copyright Agent. Comicdub takes valid DMCA take-down notices very seriously and handles notices even during public holidays and weekends.

This email address is exclusively for copyright infringement claims. Please note that you will not receive a response if your inquiry does not pertain to a copyright issue. Upon receiving proper notification of claimed infringement, the Company will adhere to the procedures outlined herein and in the DMCA. Please be aware that, due to security considerations, we cannot accept email attachments. As a result, any electronically submitted infringement notifications with attachments will not be received or processed.

Copyright Owners' Complaint Notice Procedures:
Your copyright infringement claim must incorporate the following elements: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works at that site.Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to enable the Company to locate the material. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where the complaining party may be reached. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed. Failure to include all the above information may result in a delay in processing the DMCA notification.

Notice and Takedown Procedure:
We expect all users of any part of the Company system to comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will promptly respond by removing or disabling access to the material alleged to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity. This will occur provided that all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid solely at the discretion of the Company. The company will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter-notification is received.Please allow a minimum of three business days to process any complaint or counter-notification. Note that forwarding your complaint to third parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite your request and may lead to delayed responses due to improper filing of the complaint.

Repeat Infringers:
Under appropriate circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion, terminate authorization for users of its system or network who are repeat infringers.

Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures:
The Company's policy is to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures it determines to be reasonable under the circumstances. This refers to technical measures employed by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
